ARE YOUR WIGS GLUELESS?

Yes. All wigs are made to be worn glueless Elastic bands are added to all closure wigs for extra security.

WHAT IS A READY TO SHIP WIG?

A ready to ship wig is a wig that was pre made in advance that is eligible to ship immediately.

THIS IS MY FIRST WIG,WHAT SHOULD I GET?

Loose wave or straight closure wigs typically last longer, are easy to maintain & require less maintenance & preferably natural hairline.

WHAT IS A CUSTOM WIG?

Custom wigs are machine made and based off your head measurements to fit you.

WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?

The turnaround time for will depend on location and nature of the item. 

Bahamas wig orders : 2-4 Business days (Processing) 3-4 Business days (Shipping) 

International wig orders : 5-7 Business Days (Processing) 14-21 business days (Shipping)

International available via DHL EMS and USPS. DomesticShipping (Bahamas) Via Flamingo air, Bahamas air.

CAN I SHIP MY HAIR TO GET A WIG MADE?

Yes you can ship your hair however you're responsible for any shipping fees. Once the wig is complete I will ship it back to you.

HOW MANY BUNDLES DO I NEED FOR A WIG?

At least 3 - 4 Bundles depending on lengths of the hair. Check out our recommended bundles chart.

DOES THE WIGS COME CUSTOMIZED?

Its optional to have wigs customized or uncustomized. 

HOW LONG WILL WIGS LAST?

With proper care and maintenance, your wig can last 2+ years (virgin Hair) & 3-5 Years (Raw Hair). Meaning minimal heat, deep conditioning, keep clean from product build up and grooming of every wear.

I WANT TO ORDER A WIG BUT HOW WILL I BE ABLE TO COLLECT ONCE IT ARRIVES IN NASSAU or MY DESTINATION (BAHAMAS)

Collect items from said (Airline) we will send a receipt for collection. 

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN TO COLLECT?

After each order is processed with courier we send you a receipt with your parcel into. Your name, tracking and details will be on the receipt. We then give you the (TIME & DATE) whether it's same day arrival or next day (Available) it all determine what time your order was processed by courier.

DO PAY ANY EXTRA FEES?

The only fee to be completed is the one at checkout at $22.50 or $56 depending on location and the nature of the item. That fee is what we pay to the courier on your behalf in order for the parcel to leave its current location.
